This is a commission for

of his character Slaton the fox.

This took FOREVER!

But i'm reasonably happy with it. ^__^ i say reasonably because i stuffed up the water a bit. It looks okay but could have been better.

I'll have to practise drawing backgrounds like this more, and maybe not with pencils, maybe i'll try markers and watercolours, might be easier and look a bit better.

its very hard to find any mistakes

i love the pose and i see nothing wrong with the character... thats never happened to me before O_O

but one thing thats throwing me off u already admitted and that would be the water, it seems a little too blue, i believe if it had some level of transparency it would look more real

also it looks like the bg took you forever and it looks great, bob ross would defiantly be proud. but i think there could of been a few more levels of height, like taller bushes or vines

i have to give a 5/5 on everything in this picture. you defiantly mastered your style and i cant say i ever have seen this picture idea before. plus the complexity of the picture looks like it took a very very long time.

if i could hand out trophies this one would get golf for sure
