SEGA to announce new Sonic gameYup, another Sonic game. SEGA is said to announce this new game next month which is only a few days away. The game is said to use the engine that Sonic Unleashed, Colors and Generations used which is fine by me. The game's level design is supposed to be huge, with alternate routes that'll lead you to a different exit which will lead you to another stage. Of course, the final stage will be the same no matter what routes you take in each stage. SEGA says they will try to make at least 20 different stages not including boss stages. I think this is a great idea, even if we finish the game, there will still be stages that we haven't even played yet! Honestly, I'm looking forward to this new game, sadly, these are all rumors, and we'll have to wait for an official statement by SEGA themselves to confirm all this. 30 min of New Transformed GameplaySumo Digital were at Manchester’s Play Expo showing off ASRT and talking about the making of the game. Whilst we got confirmation of MeeMee being in the roster and a few other tid bits, we’ve now got nearly half an hour of footage from the presentation… Needless to say, this contains A LOT of spoilers. Lycett&Gareth Wilson Reveal New ASRT DetailsASRT Executive producer Steve Lycett and track designer Gareth Wilson sat down with SegaBits for a bit of a chat last week and revealed a few small details about the game.     3DS has not been shown off due to the frame rate not being up to scratch yet.
    3DS version will aim to have all the content of the console versions.
    Outruns Flagman is not back, but the comments are been heard and it’s being discussed. There is a ‘flagman’ who hasn’t been a flagman before. He’s a character who can fly/hover above the water.
    Not every character will be revealed before the game is released. ”Some characters will not be discussed until the game is shipped. There is one very cool surprise.”

As you know latley there have been MANY useless reports on REALLY REALLY good Sonic artist lately, I my self have seen 3 friends on mine on DA banned cause of petty reports.... BUT Deviantart always has at least 1 nude photo on its front page.
SO me and my friend and online sister ~CrankshaftRabbit have came up with some ideas for a petiition, and the following is what i believe would help ever one in that area.

... So yeah, it's supposed to show some of his somewhat silly and goofy moments taken out of context, as well as what may have caused the craziness... particularly at 1:13, in which he actually rotates and spins off screen, which may or may not be a programming error...
But add that to the fact that he spins around during the boss fights, and seems to enjoy twirling and rotating any part of himself, it may just be a behavioral quirk... XD

New ASRT Trailer and BoxartConfirms November Release Date
There is plenty of pre-rendered CG and absolutely no gameplay footage in the latest trailer for Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, released this morning. I got a clean version of the trailer below.
Still, there is one item of note: The final few seconds of the trailer confirm a November 16th release date for the game in Europe.  That date apparently does not include the Wii U edition for now, but it likely means most game versions will be out around the same time in North America.  November 20th seems to be a good bet, given its close proximity to the Black Friday shopping holiday.  UPDATE: Indeed, the domestic trailer confirms, which is similar to what you see below, confirms a November 20th release in North America.  Europe will get their hands on the game first.

Wow Sonic's car is amazing, especially in the flying mode, I'm also glad they brought back Tails' car from Sonic Drift, Shadow's driving a tank now "why not a buggy?" and WHY THE HELL DOES AMY'S CAR HAS EYELASHES?!
New characters confirmed are Gilius from Golden Axe and  Joe Musashi from Shinobi, YAY for Shinobi :love: I'm a little disappointed they kept B.D. Joe for Crazy Taxi though, I would've liked it if they picked Axel or Gina, Beat is fine but I hoped for Corn this time despite knowing it's never gonna happen, oh well!

um, where to start...
sonic is.. well, he's a hero.
now, i KNOW how lame i sound, but really!
i remember back when i was a kid. at the time, my parents were going through a divorce. it doesn't affect me now, and i know a lot of kids go through divorces, but i was an especially sensitive little girl, having been kidded at school and have a 'failing' family at home i didn't really feel comfortable anywhere.
i went to a daycare, which is normal yes. but.. at that daycare... they had a sega.
they had a sega.
i didn't own a sega myself, so i was always excited to go there and play it.
i would play sonic all the time. it just made me so happy. i felt like even if things weren't

For those new to my blog, I was involved in a bit of character design work for this project two years ago. You can watch it on January 9th!

Some of you may have noticed the flack it's getting lately as well, everyone should just remember they did the best they could with the funds available to them. Its a not for profit fan film, of course it's not going to be blockbuster movie quality. Just remember what you're watching had a lot of love put into it.

There may be some problem with uploading the film, I heard they were infected with a virus recently so that may have delayed it. I will post it when it's up : )

...Wow. Y'know, I can't imagine anyone knocking this. That animation looks legit, for a nonprofit fan film. The quality actually looks really good. It almost matches the graphics used in the games, it's that high-level. The only thing I find the slightest bit strange is the way they did his quills - they look like tilled crop rows. But hey, I ain't complaining - they couldn't animate each quill individually because that would take too much time and money, and they did this entirely for fan enjoyment, so I'm very pleased ^^
